Our Formula
Our broad spectrum multiple vitamin/mineral supplement contains 30+ highly bioavailable essential nutrients formulated to address nutritional imbalances and deficiencies commonly observed in children and adults on the spectrum.**
- Vitamin A (with 1800 mcg RAE as Mixed Carotenoids and 600 mcg RAE as Retinyl Palmitate) may be a beneficial antioxidant that may help protect the body and help enhance the immune system.**
- Vitamin C (as Calcium Ascorbate) in a buffered form, gentle on the stomach, was developed to mitigate the gastric irritation caused by the acidity of ascorbic acid. It may be a powerful antioxidant and may help support energy metabolism.**
- Vitamin D3 (as as Cholecalciferol) may be essential for brain development. It may also help the body absorb calcium and boost the immune system. Some with ASD are at an increased risk of deficiency, possibly due to environmental factors.**
- Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol) is an antioxidant that may help prevent cell damage by inhibiting the oxidation of fats. It may also help nerve function, muscle health, and cholesterol metabolism.**
- Vitamin K (as K1 and K2 Vital®) may help bone absorb calcium. It may also help improve cognitive skills, avoid hippocampus neuronal damage from antibiotics, and lower oxidative stress.**
- Vitamin B1 (as Thiamin Hydrochloride) may play an essential role in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates, and protein. It may also help support mitochondrial function and energy metabolism.**
- Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) may be essential to the metabolism of carbohydrates, fat, and protein. It may also be an essential enzyme cofactor that may help support the activation of many other vitamins and minerals.**
- Four forms of vitamin B3 that may help support a substantial increase in NADH, the bioactive form of B3:**
- Niacin and Niacinamide may help support cell metabolism, the release of growth hormones, and proper digestion. Sometimes known as “nature’s valium” for it's calming effect.**
- Nicotinamide Riboside has been shown to be a precursor in the biosynthesis of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+).**
- Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (Panmol® NADH) may help provide the cell with a mechanism for accepting and donating electrons.**
- Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate and Pyridoxine HCI) in two forms may help support optimal energy, amino acid, carbohydrate, lipid, and hormone metabolism. May also help support the creation of neurotransmitters and nerve function.**
- Folate (Methyltetrahydrofolate) (MTHF as L-5-Methylfolate calcium salt), sometimes known as brain food, may be one of the most bioavailable forms of folate. It may also help support energy production, and may be essential for proper cell division and replication.**
- Vitamin B12 (as 500 mcg Hydroxocobalamin and 100 mcg Methylcobalamin) works in conjunction with MTHF to help support methylation needed to make red blood cells. May also help protect the nervous system and may help metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.**
- Biotin (d-biotin) may be a cofactor for several metabolic enzymes that may help convert fatty acids into amino acids necessary for optimal brain function. It may help support improvement in autistic behaviors.**
- Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid as Calcium d-pantothenate) is sometimes called the anti-stress vitamin because it may help activate the adrenal glands to produce cortisol. It may also help support energy metabolism and biosynthesis.**
- Calcium (from Dicalcium Malate, Calcium Ascorbate, and Calcium Pantothenate) may help regulate neuronal plasticity underlying learning and memory, and may also support neuronal survival. It may also help nerves to carry messages between the brain and the body.**
- Magnesium (as Dimagnesium Malate, Magnesium Citrate and Magnesium Taurate) may be a critical mineral needed for hundreds of metabolic processes. It may also be essential for energy production, for the uptake of calcium and potassium, and for hormone production.**
- Taurine (as magnesium taurate) may help support calming over-excited neurons. It may help support the immune and nervous systems. It may also help balance glutamate and GABA which may help protect the brain.**
- Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate and Amino Acid Chelate) may help support reproductive health, energy metabolism, proper sense of taste and smell, and may also help support defense against the formation of free radicals.**
- Selenium (80% as Selenomethionine, 20% as Sodium Selenite) may be an essential part of several enzymes in energy metabolism, and may also help support defense against free radical damage and inflammation.**
- Manganese (as Manganese Aspartate) may help support mitochondrial function. Mitochondrial dysfunction may be one of the most prevalent metabolic disorders in those with ASD.**
- Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate) is a cofactor for an enzyme called chromodulin, which may help improve tissue sensitivity to insulin and may also help facilitate glucose transport into cells.**
- Molybdenum (as TRAACS® Molybdenum Glycinate Chelate) may be an essential cofactor in enzymes that may help support metabolism and detoxification.**
- Iodine (as Potassium Iodide) may be an essential component of thyroid hormones, which may help regulate the body's metabolism. Deficiency may be the number one cause of preventable intellectual disability worldwide.**
- Potassium (as Potassium Chloride) may be an essential electrolyte that may help support conductity in electrical impulses throughout the body, including in nerves, muscle, and cardiac conduction tissue.**
- Choline (from Vitacholine® Choline Bitartrate) may help boost the chemicals in the brain that form thoughts and memories. Some studies suggest early intake in life may help support neuroprotectivity.**
- Methylsulfonylmethane (OptiMSM®) may help support Glutathione levels. May help reduce inflammation and boost immunity. May also help boost the liver's antioxidant capacity and ability to eliminate toxins.**
- L-Carnitine may help provide energy support for the body and the brain and may be essential for fat metabolism. May also help improve cognitive function, boost focus, and enhance improvements in core and associated ASD behaviors.**
- Co-Enzyme Q10 may help support brain energy production and promote calm behavior. May help support neurological function, cognition, immune function, and circulation. May also help support improvements in communication, social skills and sleep.**
- N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) may help replenish glutathione, regulate brain glutamate levels, and boost brain health. May also help improve social interaction behavior, irritability, self-injury, and anxiety-like behavior in ASD.**
- Inositol may help play a crucial role in mood and emotional balance by enhancing serotonin activity in the brain. May also help improve neurological/mental-related conditions including anxiety, OCD, and ADHD.**
- Lithium (as Lithium Orotate) may be a viable, efficacious and well tolerated mood stabilizer for ASD. Our level that is typical of dietary intake (0.117 mg), is far less than levels used as psychiatric medication (100+ mg), and may be just enough to restore levels to normal.**
