Shipping Policy
Cerecell processes orders 5 days a week.
We will ship all our orders standard by USPS:
- USPS – Ground Advantage (Delivers In 2-5 Business Days depending on delivery location – Domestic USA only)
All packages are shipped with a verified USPS tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on national holidays.
Returns Policy
You may return any unopened item purchased from Cerecell.com for any reason within thirty (60) days of purchase.
Unopened Items – 60 Days
You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable discounts, shipping fees, and handling fees. Sorry, we are not able to accept returns after 60 days.
Damaged & Incorrect Items:
We do our best to package your product(s) so they will arrive to you in excellent condition. But once the package leaves our warehouse, it goes through many hands – products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging in case your carrier requires an inspection of the damaged package.
